The Healthy Grill project is based on three concepts we have designed to be the first Healthy Grill food service to operate in any country where grilled food it´s apreciated.
Do you imagine a food service business chain providing your favorite grill steak (beef or any other meat, fish and vegetables), juicier (no minerals lost during grilling) than anything you have ever tasted with a better natural flavor and free of carcinogens?
The long-term goal is launch all three concepts nationwide with the same flag for different food service concepts.
The creation of these three different concepts consists in targeting different consumer markets and at the same time allowing any social class to be able to buy a healthy grilled meal.
Definitely, 2016 is the year to launch the first stage of the project in order to also create the right conditions for a short term franchise expansion. Potential ventures with several candidates who would like to adapt their existing stores it's also considered if the main project characteristics will be maintained.
Quick Service Stores model will work under the same system of a regular "Fast-Food" operational system concept. The customer will order the meal of his choice at the counter and will receive it delivered in less than two minutes. Each store will be between 350 and 300 sq feet. Maintaining this operational concept Healthy Grill will be able to provide very affordable healthy grilled meal in order to satisfy any customer demand.
At the beginning, the menu features original variations of meet cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken as some seafood and grilled veggies. Every product prepared and cooked with specific characteristics in order to have a final product exempt of the cancer-causing agents generated by any traditional grilling system - Char-broiler or electric grills -, plus the problems caused by the traditional heat sources like coals or wood. Beverages include organic teas, waters and some organic juices.
Overall, some of our Menu specials will vary according to the season and festivity days.
Besides operating under a Quick Service model we also will be prepared for take-out and delivery according to the surround neighborhoods demand.
Grill booths model will work as small booths located inside specific Grocery Stores that are engaged with the same goals. These ventures with small or large Grocery Store chains will allow us to increase our brand and service exposure to the Health conscientious consumers.
Some specialties include: Young butterflied Chicken, Chicken Drumsticks, Chicken Thighs, Pork Ribs, Special Beef Rib Cuts, Skewers (Mix, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb or Fish) as well grilled Potatoes and Vegetables.
Mobile Grill Stores - catering/delivery model will be focused in street food, sport and cultural events as well providing catering for Corporation events, and other specific requests. During specific week days any of the mobile stores will be located in specific regions with high company offices and residential density.
Even using a mobile concept, high volume of meals can be produced.
In our days in areas where offices are usually located in special the cities financial districts, 60% of company employees order food to eat at their work places for three main reasons - Eliminate long waits for a seat in a restaurant, optimize the short time they have to eat, reduce costs.
Although it can be a real thrill to be seated at a restaurant enjoying some of their favorite dishes, there may be times when customers don't feel like leaving the comfort of their own home or office to eat their favorite meal.
Any of the first Healthy Grill food unit concepts are planned to be launched in specific locations in cities with special characteristics.
Our branded seasonings, sauces, marinades as some raw meat cuts specially packed in vacuum will also be available to-go in any of our food service concepts.
